Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Suites are big good place to go with groups. Can walk to anyplace downtown.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Great, family friendly hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff was lovely. We are a family of five and had requested a cot. Unfortunately, the cot was absolutely unsleepable (if that's a word) - wires sticking out. We asked for a new cot and it was exactly the same. So, bring a thermarest if you're traveling as 5!

It was definitely a family friendly hotel in the heart of Ellicottville, and as a last minute booking it was perfect aside from the kids sometimes running in the halls slamming doors. The hotel in all ways was clean, everything worked, and the staff from front desk to chamber maids were a pleasure to deal with.
