Everything was great with this hotel, great breakfast, great room, but the best was the staff! Ashley at the front desk was amazing!

This hotel was completely out of the way. It was in downtown Lima, which is about a 15 minute drive away from the highway. It should not be included in the same area as the hotels around the highway.

If you are attending anything in downtown Lima, then the location of this hotel is perfect. However, if you are just passing through town, this is not the hotel for you. It is completely out of the way, there are no restaurants around, and it was a bit scary at night. The room was very average. The tub had stains and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. DIRECTIONS SENT US INTO A POOR SECTION OF TOWN. PARKING WAS VERY POOR AND NOT AT ALL WELL PROTECTED. HOMELESS PEOPLE CUTTING THROUGH PARKING AREA BOTH DAYS OF OUR STAY. NO ICE MACHINE ON OUR FLOOR.

ROADS WERE IN MAJOR REPAIR AT INTERSTATE EXITS.

The room was very spacious...larger than expected!

This hotel is right downtown and conveniently located. Parking at the hotel is readily available. The staff was great, and breakfast was included in the price of the room. A great stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the property is located in a space for easy access to other areas.
Four lightbulbs in the room did not work at all. The TV in the room did not work at all. The bathtub floor surface was broken underneath. The towels in the room were not clean (had hair in them that was not ours).

Unfortunately because of all of the problems with the room itself the star rating for this hotel is incorrect and should be placed at a 2 at best. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are nice. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was average for what you would get for a 2 or 2.5 star level hotel.
