there were only 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth and 0 toilet tissue when we arrived and we had to call the front desk 2 times to get some.

They were doing construction. Also, we didn't get any sleep bc the room above us was loud. We calle the front desk multie time and the issue was never resolved. If we hadn't paid through Priceline our money would have been refunded.

Had no complaints at all. Room was great. Location was great. Breakfast was great. Price was a steal for the amount of quality.

Tons of restaurant and shopping options very convenient to hotel.
Room had several maintenance issues: flickering lights, LOUD fridge, dripping sink.

The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Maintenance didn't appear to be a top concern, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic for the cold shower that we experienced. GREAT location for restaurants and proximity to the interstate. We would definitely stay again and hope for a better maintained room.

The only thing we did not like was the bed. It was too firm...would be nice to have a pillowtop mattress.

The hotel was in a great location near 240 interstate. We were attending a Christmas program at Bellevue Baptist Church and it was located very near the church with easy access. The breakfast was super and they did a great job of keeping the hot breakfast warm, and a nice clean area to enjoy the breakfast. The staff was most helpful and very friendly. The rooms were large with a refrigerator and microwave. The only drawback was the firm mattress. We prefer a pillowtop mattress. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. ...read more

the whirlpool was filled with dirt and the beds were hard

Overall a decent stay. The beds were hard. The front desk lady checking in was nice enough; the lady checking us out saw me standing at the desk and walked right past me leaving me there for over 10 minutes.

Very nice rooms, great breakfast!
Was unable to choose a double bed room using Priceline, ended up having to get a king bed room.
