The view out the back window is not pleasant, but I am was not there to admire the view. Very convenient to the fun activities in Gruene, to stores, and restaurants. We stay here every year and remain satisfied customers.

My boyfriend and I love this hotel!! It's our little getaway spot. Great location best complimentary breakfast ever! So many things to do close by. This is our fourth visit and we will definitely be back. Good prices, always smells nice when u walk in too

Front desk staff was not always around when needed, they were outside smoking.
Wish we had known it was the high school prom night! Then when we got there my husband thought that the hotel started to have "ESCORT" services. Next morning, a young guest came down during breakfast with only a t-shirt on NO underwear. Staff did nothing
Avoid this HOTEL!!!

Excellent for the star rating. Entrance from the road was rough due to roadwork.
Centrally located for Schlitterbahn, Wonder World and San Antonio. Inexpensive and decent value.

The hot tub was an amazing temperature and so was the pool and it felt very clean. Loved the room, bed was excellent. Breakfast was very good, not what I expected! So good. Plenty of towels!
The hallway leading into the hotel from the parking lot was a little sketch. Needs some decor. Pool hours need to be extended. Needs a DVD player! Even if we have to ask the front desk for one, make them available, like leave an ID to take it to your room
I would definitely recommend staying here and as well as I would absolutely come back! I travel to New Braunfels A LOT and I usually stay at my grandmothers river cabin, but now I will stay here because the cabin gets a little crowded. I do not have any major complaints. I love it. Great location, close to Gruene and the Guadelupe River.
