The hungry howie's pizza delivery was awesome, they were out of white milk the 1st day and did not have cereal. The eggs were great. The danishes and muffin were aweful.

This hotel is more like a 3 stars hotel. The room is huge and very clean in all area. The breakfast is hot breakfast and has great selections including scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit, oatmeal, chocolate milk and very very good coffee. ( I usually only drink Starbucks coffee) the location of this hotel far from the busy beach and good for people like quiet places. It has Wendy and Dairy Queen next to the hotel. it has everything near by and takes 5 minutes to TJ Max, Ross dress for less, dollars stores and more. 20 mins away from beach. hot tub was broke. walking distance from many stores.nobody clean the room or brought towels during my stay.

Desk clerk did not want to give us a two bed room for the three of us. My son and husband are over 6 feet tall and the three of us don't sleep together! He fidgeted with the computer for at least 15 minutes. I'd never had that problem before and told him. Also, there were only 4 cars in the entire parking lot that night and I knew they weren't booked up. He finally relented and gave us 2 beds. The clerk that night never said anything about her but the clerk the next day hassled my husband over her because we weren't in a "pet room" and we hadn't signed any waiver. We knew nothing about that. We wouldn't have gotten a hotel that far away from the beach had it not been pet friendly with all the amenities. Bottom line, the hotel was great but the staff needs better training in procedure and people skills. We were a little stressed out over the hassle of it all.

I bought the hotel room online and specifically asked front desk during check in twice if a late check out was possible, the lady told me the latest I could check out was 2 PM and there would be no additional charge.my coworker and I got our keys after we showed the desk my id and credit card. We went to our room, went out that night and didn't get back until 7 AM, I reconfirmed with the front desk our check out at 2 PM and asked not to be disturbed until then. At 11 AM, housekeeping knocked on our door so I let them know we had a 2 PM late checkout. A couple of minutes later the front desk called and I explained to her the situation and told her I was tired and would like to not be disturbed. She's called back within seconds yelling that I was rude and as continued screaming at me to come downstairs to discuss this, so I asked her if she had my credit card on file and to go ahead to charge it for another night and hung thinking we had reached an agreement, only reason I did this was because I was tired and didn't have time to argue with her. she decided to call the cops on which tried to arrest me for trespassing ,cops asked me to come downstairs with them, she never even apologized to me. I decided to leave the hotel. Later I found out they charged me a$100 deposit they never told me about. I called and spoke to "manager" who never called me back and never tried to even make things better. Horrible horrible service. I am an entrepreneur and travel on the regular and have been for years and nobody has ever degraded me enough to call the cops on me. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and under horrible management. This hotel was a very nice price and clean with friendly staff. The hot tub was broken, but the pool was great. The breakfast was a little puny. When we got down there, there was hardly anything left and someone finally replenished it before we left.

This hotel was very nice. The price was excellent. I wish that I was in town longer in order to enjoy it. Hopefully, I will have a chance to stay here again.
