Terrible. Staff was always in the way. Housekeeping people just walked in 3 times! No food options and no fridge or microwave. Roof deck had no sun or pool. It was really expensive. No control of temp. In the room.

The room was very nice, but that's about all I can really say about it. The hotel was fine, just small with little to do. I didn't really like the location except that it was close to the beach. There was a small breakfast. I did like the fact that they offered afternoon snacks, including bottled water.

I had the worst experience of my life at the Winter haven. The hotel was under construction the entire time. It was loud 24/7 and the fumes were awful. The lobby was dusty and the front desk was rude and inconsiderate! The rooftop lobby was also under construction so we had nowhere to lunge but in our room which was very small as well. Very disappointed! and from the other reviews the hotel seems to be always under construction!

Lobby was under construction, restrooms in lobby area were horrible, room was nice, location was perfect, room was big enough to fit an extra twin air mattress if needed, couldn't get two beds.

Clearly newly renovated room, ocean front hotel, great room for the price and location. Once renovations are complete star rating could go up!
