Hotel Guest Reviews of the Woodcliff Hotel And Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice rooms. Pool was nice
A/C and heating units were loud and could feel the breeze in bed.

This is a nice hotel. Staff was courteous. They are undergoing a remodel at this time so there is a fair amount of construction going on on the floors above and below. Great free parking and the pool and health club were very nice. The hotel is out of the way (from Rochester) however.

good view, staff was very inexperienced. they had a lot of employees that did not seemed to be trained very well. the front desk person who checked us in was really good. she seemed very professional.
a bath tub would have been nice.the food was mediocre at best, i heard they had a big name chef.

The bed was comfortable.
The wall & even the artwork had water damage. Lots of high school athletes were staying in the same hall as us & were noisy. Most of the lobby was under renovation. I'm disappointed in how much I paid compared to how crummy the room was.

It is not nearly as nice as hotels half it's price so do not expect much.

Room was nice looking
Yes under construction - Restaurant and Bar under renovation. Not enough seating in make shift restaurant to accomodate me and guest for lunch. Conference room we were packed in like sardines into a room way too small. Pool not open past 8pm- NOT Happy.

Although the lobby and room looked nice, nothing to do there. Bar & Restaurant under construction, no on demand TV stations, Pool closed at 8pm. Had guest in for lunch and couldn't accomodate 2 people in makeshift restaurant/Bar. Was told " Should come back in March when renovations are done". Pillows on BED like Rocks. Meeting Room was way too small for our size conference. Asked for toothpaste and got a tiny sample that bearly had enough for one brushing. Just not at all the experience I had hoped for. This was a business conference and I decided to stay overnight with my own money and couldn't be more dissappointed. ...read more
