Family Traveling with Young Children
After reading some reviews about the ongoing renovations, i was a little worried driving up to the Woodcliff. I can report that the renovations appear to be complete and the rooms and common areas were clean, modern and ready to go. I got my room at
xxx a night, and i would go back tomorrow. Great deal for twice that rate. My son loved the swim through indoor/outdoor pool, and the gym was modern and clean. Room was great...New flat screen tv. Beds were comfortable with nice linens.Shower was powerful and new.WiFi was powerful throughout the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rochester. DD ...

We usually stay at the woodcliff for all of our stay-cations. Pool, room service, dining room, A+ spa, great rooms...we'll come back again!

Not worth the price of hotel at all due to cockroaches running around. Would expect this from a single star xxx/night motel. Not a $100+ resort and spa.

Family Traveling with Teens
This is a nice hotel. Staff was courteous. They are undergoing a remodel at this time so there is a fair amount of construction going on on the floors above and below. Great free parking and the pool and health club were very nice. The hotel is out of the way (from Rochester) however.
