The staff were incredibly helpful with any question we had. It never seemed like we were bothering them.
The bathroom kind of smelled musty, almost moldy. Never saw any evidence, but the smell remained throughout the stay.

It's time to replace the beds!! We had to change rooms after our first night, bed squeaked every time there was any type of movement. Did not sleep well. Housekeeping was quite poor, trash cans not emptied dirty glasses not replaced with clean ones.
My daughter and I were celebrating special birthdays in April. We were really looking forward to this trip, thank goodness for the hotel staff who helped with suggestions and directions. I travel quite a bit with my husband and our stays are three half to four half hotels so I'm sorry to say that yes I was dissapointed with the room.

We liked the doorman, Showtime :-) He was very informative, courteous and friendly! Our room was so much bigger than the rooms in most of the other boutique hotels we have stayed in. Clean and comfortable.
Was a bit far from activities we wanted to do, but overall pretty good fit.

Staff was great, especially Showtime the bellhop and unnofficial concierge. Super quiet hotel in quiet part of the city, but close enough to the action.
I don't know how they get away with trying to charge $9.00 for a lousy continental breakfast. Run across the street to the Holiday Inn Express and get something better.
This hotel is nothing spectacular, but it was quiet, clean, comfortable,friendly and relatively affordable for downtown.

Helpful staff and the location was close bus stop and train. The room was large and spacious. I won't suggest the bar across the street...food was terribly. Epic burger a street over was great! Would definitely stay there again.

The restaurant was closed and there was a limited number of restaurants within walking distance.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Jesse was a great source of information. The location was within walking distance of just about everything we needed at the time. The room was clean, comfortable, and safe.
The outside walls did let a lot of noise in, but this IS downtown Chicago!
