Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wyndham Boca Raton
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

Great location, upscale look and feel, nice pool area. Spacious rooms, especially the suites. No complimentary breakfast, musty/midday smelling rooms. Suite we stayed in had ants in kitchenette countertops.

Until recently this hotel was a Holiday Inn. However, it has undergone some renovations, i.e. the bathrooms have been updated, carpeting is new, linens are new, paint is fresh. The pool area is very large and nice, as is the Italian restaurant adjacent to it. We had lunch there twice and the food was quite good. We were also able to eat outside as the tables are well shaded. There is also a steakhouse but we didn't try it. We were on the first floor and had WiFi access although there was also an ethernet cable in the room. There is also a small business center with a couple of computers in a corner of the lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating and our room was cleaned well daily. If you don't mind an occsional private jet flying low over the hotel off and on during the day, this hotel is well located just off Rte. 95 and is accessible from Glades Road as well as Military Trail. It's near Town Center and there are many very good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. ...

This is a good hotel, but not great. It was our first time with the Wyndham chain, and it clearly leaves lots to be desired in fit, finish, quality, and service. As a comparable, we prefer the Marriott hotels. The rooms looked to have been 20+ years old, with a cheap renovation that clearly overlooked many fine details for quality. The housekeeping staff were challenged to communicate in English, but very friendly. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the main highways. I wasn't please that the night staff seemed to use the lounge and TV for their lunch break. Overall, the hotel meets the minimum standards, but leave more to be desired. ...
