Everything was great. The signage on the front was covered by construction planks so it made it difficult to find.

The room was in a great location. concierge was very helpful. The room was cleaned late and the hotel was under renovation so there were some inconveniences.
Rooms were cleaned late and were dimly lit.
Average value. The hotel's website had a very small notice about the renovation.

I stayed in a newly renovated room; soundproofing was excellent, I never heard anyone in the room next to me (and someone was staying in it) or the hallway.
It is in the middle of renovations, so there is some disruption to the public areas (no business center, etc.). It also took me a few minutes to locate the front door, since it is not on the same side of the building (or even street) as the address.

The location is awesome! 1 block from Michigan ave and right in the middle of the strip, really couldn't ask for a better location. The staff was awesome, very friendly, made sure to get us a newly renovated room!

Beautiful room and the bed was amazing
We really enjoyed ourselves. Only point of improvement was it was a little loud in the morning with doors slamming and housekeeping trying to get into rooms.

Good location.
After we checked in, we found out that the water to the room was going to be shut off at 9:00 am. (the morning we were to check out) There were not any guest bathrooms available for us to use after 9:00 either. Had we known, we would not have stayed there
When I asked to refund some of our money, the Hyatt said that since it was booked through a third party (Priceline) that there was nothing they could do for me. They also, said that Priceline should have let me know in advance about the water situation....very maddening!

The best part of the hotel was the location. It was in the River North neighborhood near MI Avenue.
I was disappointed that due to renovations, the pool was closed during the day. It was also very noisy during the day. It would be nice if Priceline could warn customers about construction interfering with the amenities.
The hotel was in a good neighborhood with good access to public transportation and to area shopping. Due to construction, some of their servicers were not available to customers. The hotel needs to be more environmentally friendly. Even though I had asked the maid NOT to change the sheets and towels since I was staying a second night, she did. I had also left a note on the bed with the same message in English and Spanish. ...
