The room was large and the staff very helpful and friendly! I will definitely stay here again.
It would be nice if the pool and hottub area would stay open to say 1:00 am for adults. We enjoyed the pool and hottub but because we didn't get back to our room until ten or so, we could only enjoy them for a short time.

The rooms are nice and spacious. All the staff was helpful. The location is close to Love Field and easy to get to. It also offered food and a bar. Our family enjoyed this hotel.

The bad thing is we got in at 10:30 with a very sleepy baby. When we got to our room they had put us in a King and not 2 doubles. Then they told me that is what I had reserved. I had to show them my confirmation. They said they had no other rooms. Finally they found one with 2 doubles that smelled a little smokey but we had to lug all of our stuff and the babies pack and play to 2 different rooms floors apart. It was very helpful staff. I came about midnight and they were out of double rooms, instead they offer me to stay in a huge beautiful suite with an extra rollaway bed with no extra charge!!!

I recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a suite with a separate living area/sofa bed, second tv (specially family with children, extra room is always recommended if traveling with kids), the location is great, friendly staff. You must check it out!!!

Was a suite. Good price.
There was a mix up with the room, first room, key didn't work. The next room, the bed was unmade and the ironing board was set up in the bedroom, not cleaned. The next room they sent us to was ok. The sofa bed was broken, but other than that, was fine.

Needs updating

The location of this hotel was perfect for where we needed to be on this trip to Dallas. It is right off of 635. The building was very nice. We loved the 2 room suite-style rooms. The bed/linens/pillows were wonderful! There were bath and body works products in the bathroom, so I actually used them, where normally I don't. There was a sink, mini fridge, and microwave in the little kitchen area. Staff was very nice. We had no problems checking in or out. There was a fifty dollar deposit that rolled off of my account fairly quickly after checking out. The only complaints we had about the room were that one of our remotes didn't work, there was poor outlet placement for charging our cell phones, no vent in bathroom, and even though the rooms were nice, they are in need of being updated. Good price for what used to be a nice hotel. Stayed here because it had an indoor pool unlike most in the area.
Dirty and worn down. Room, pool and hot tub were dirty.

The staff were great, the room was great, access to the hotel was fair.
I would like to have known that there was not a complimentary breakfast included. My children went down for breakfast and after they got their cereal and rolls I got a $16 dollar per person bill. The cost of this breakfast was displayed or disclosed .

The price of the meals is exorbitant, eat elsewhere.
