rooms are adequate if you get what you need
The condescending attitude of the fact that we were able to obtain the room at a cheaper price so it was as if we didn't deserve to stay at all. Will not return because of that alone.

I booked a double queen & foldout sofa for a reason and when I came in I received a single king and was told well you didn't pay full price so we don't guarantee type of room. I get that but when The room ac was not functioning we were all of a sudden changed to a more satisfactory room then was told we'd have to change again because we didn't pay full price for the room. I would have left the first night had it not been so late. I now know I will keep my cheap money with the residence inn where I am treated with respect, my stay is comfortable and I always get what I want know matter how cheap I paid for it.Also $17 for breakfast?? wow. ...read more

We have stayed at this hotel many times, prior to the take over by Wyndham. We have always been very satisfied until this visit.
The front deak staff were very unfriendly. They acted like they were better than everyone, and they acted like they were bothered by the smallest question. We come to town for soccer tournaments, so little time is spent in the hotel, and we don't have v

Overall, the room was the same as always, and we were satisfied with it. My major complaint was with the new "Wyndham" staff.

Large beautiful accommodations. The location was great easy access to visit our daughter at SMU and local events. It was an incredible value.

Beautiful large lobby with dinning options all on site. Our room was spacious and very clean. It is a very convenient location to Downtown and North Dallas. We will definitely be back.

I had 3 kids,and a small dog. Our room was spacious.It was nice to have 2 TV's and a living area, fold out couch, fridge,
microwave and 2 double beds.
The fold out couch was not so comfortable and the floor seemed a bit sticky.

We really enjoyed our stay, Having 2 double beds and a fold out couch was great. I was happy to see a separate living area and a fridge and microwave, as we were traveling with 2 teen boys and a 10 year old girl. We also took our small dog, the grounds had plenty of grass to walk her around. Priceline made this place a steal.

The staff was wonderful, I couldn't believe how friendly they were.

It was very friendly, convenient to the AIMS testing on Abrams Road. I enjoyed our stay and especially the price I got the hotel for - I know there is a lot of competition in Dallas, but this hotel worked out
very well for us. Thank you.

Great outdoor/indoor pool.
The rooms are rather dated.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay with teenagers. Having a living area and a bedroom gave us plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The furniture is dated - but not shabby or dirty.
