The best feature ot this hotel is the separation of the front room from the sleeping area. The breakfast people are very nice and friendly.

There's a separate area for kitchen and living room.
The room wasn't cleaned until 2 pm which until we requested. We ordered breakfast room service that never came. Room service was expensive. The hotel added huge fee for room service in the bill,i.e a small pizza cost us $22.

The hotel was pet friendly. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I did not care about having to pay for the breakfast. The food was good, but not worth the price charged. I have had similar breakfasts provided that were complimentary. The wait staff was hit or miss, 3 days excellant/2 days poor.

Room was dowdy, definitely has seen better days. Extra bed was extremely uncomfortable, even my 13-year old was unable to sleep in it. When making the bed, the staff actually put the sheet on top of the blanket! The mattress was razor-thin with no support

Great staff----fabulous lobby and pool.
It would be great if there was a little shop to buy snacks as the bar is really limited and if you don't have a car---you are stuck.

No Ice Maker, bathtub blocked, Fridge broke, Coffee maker broke, alarm went off

Back in the day it was a really nice hotel, They need to upgrade and be more clean.

The hotel is a 2 1/2 star hotel desperately dreaming of being a 3 star hotel. It would simply require attention. On our first morning we found we had conditoner but no shampoo, and coffee but no coffee maker. The shower was plenty warm but the shower head hung limply and you had to stand up against the shower wall just to find yourself under the spray. The layout of the hotel is great (other than the pool being oddly located), but the decor requires the aforementioned attention as well.
