Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

expect to pay 31.00 additional per day above the room rate for parking and 'hotel ammenities', whatevr that means. the staff was not that friendly, and the concierge help was much less than knowledgable, I got different answers from different staff on the same question.

The people here can be a bit stuck up. Also the time shares are on the same grounds, so be prepared to be taken care of second compared to the other "time shareans".

When I arrived at 11:00 PM from a long day of travel, I went into the first Wyndham Resort that I saw not knowing there were two on the same road. They checked me in and told me I would have to get a parking pass the next day. When I went to the desk to get it, it was just a ploy to get you to buy a timeshare. The problem was that they could not find my information in the computer. Can you believe they checked me into the wrong Wyndham and that was after showing my identifcation when checking in? They essentially told me to leave if I wasn't willing to pay an additional
XXX for two nights. When I finally checked into the correct hotel, they tried to down grade me to a room with a murphy bed. I've heard of upgrades, but not the opposite. I ended up with a handicap room with a shower that sprayed all over the bathroom floor. The room location was awful and overlooked the air conditioning units on the roof below. We also had a lovely view of the parking deck. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay at a Wyndham again. This was my first and last time. One other thing. Even though they told me to leave the first hotel, they sent me a letter a week later telling me I was pre-approved to purchase a timeshare even though I refused to fill out the questionnaire while trying to get my parking pass. Rosa at that desk filled it out. I guess she must get paid for each lead. ...

The hotel was overbooked but accommodated us by not charging us the resort fee or parking fee for the week.

The hotel is awesome. I love that it is pet friendly. I really liked the lake and the fact that I could walk my dog around it. I wasn't there long enough to enjoy everything. I am looking forward to returning to enjoy the pools and lazy rivers.

The rooms were nice, however, had a problem with a staff member cleaning room and was caught stealing. The Hotel management promised to do something about it including reimbursing me. However, I check out they remembered nothing about it.Resturant food was awful and poor service. They make you may a fee of $16.00 dollars a day to use the facilities like the pool, etc. which is only in fine print. You have no choice even if you have no time to use the aminities. ...

The location of the hotel was perfectly set away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The valet service was great as well. The room was comfortable and the view from my window was amazing.

Very nice resort. Even though it is close to Disney, we could've stayed at the resort for an entire day. We tried both restaurants on site and both were amazing.

good value if you use priceline...very clean. the pool area should not be able to be closed to hotel guests for a private function(for our entire 3 day stay) and you still pay the high resort fee each day. you also pay an insane amount each day for parking. the hotel gets real expensive when you add $15/day resort fee and $20/day for parking,,,it is insane. the restaurants are very expensive, you have to leave the property to eat. biggest complaint was shutting down our pool area for 3 days for a private function, and having to walk along the path to find a deceny pool area and one that is not loaded with screaming kids. our room overlooked the parking garage which really sucked. no view but cars,,,,overall it would have been great if, 1.the high resort fee 2. thr high parking fee 3. the expensive restaurants 4. shutting down our pool area 5. a view of something other than the parking garage. 6.soooooo expensive to stay there. so, you can make your own opinion on based on the review. ...
