Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nothing about this hotel stood out.
Due to late arrival of Disney park shuttle bus we were caught in a downpour and when we asked for dryers for our clothes(as we were flying out before laundry service could take care of clothing) we were told nothing could be done for us. Not good service

I would consider this to be an average hotel with average services. If I had been paying their regular room rate I would have been extremely mad, but as I was paying a discounted rate I did not complain. I would not return to this hotel in the future.

the many pool areas are great! We loved the heated pools, the lazy river, and the view of the lake. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was a little slow to respond to requests but polite.
We requested a king room with a sofa bed but were given a king bed with 2 rollaways due to our late arrival. It worked out OK but another family might not have liked the sleep arrangements.

Call early on the day of arrival to make certain that they hold the type of room you suggested for your arrival.

Location was great! Pool was fantastic. Pool, bar and restaurant staff was great.
Housekeeping was terrible. In our party alone, one room was partially serviced on 2 nights, the other on one of the nights (3 night stay), we had missing towels, garbage left in room, dishes left in the room and attitude when we asked for them to finish.

Overall, the hotel was very nice - the only problems we had were with housekeeping, but in all honesty, that may be enough to keep me from booking here again.

I did not find this hotel go be a great "deal". The room and tax were fine but we had a $15 parking and $16 resort fee. We were at the hotel for less than 12 hours.

The hotel was nice. It was more of a convention business hotel and not particularly family friendly. Staff was nice. Service and parking fees were a deal breaker for me staying there again.

The bunk beds were super hard and almost unusable for kids ages 8 and 11. The pool never had towels available. But, my main issues are with Priceline. I was very disappointed that your ad was deceiving. I

When I checked out at 4:30 a.m. to head for the airport, I learned I was being charged $16 per day for a "recreational fee." I was tired, and in a hurry to catch a plane, so I just paid the unexpected fee. I also had to pay $15 daily parking.

Well located for access to theme parks.
No complaints

Overall very happy with our stay. Hotel is conveniently located near most of the theme parks. Grounds and room were kept very clean. We found all staff to be quite helpful and friendly, no poor attitudes encountered at all. Ate at one of the restaurants and like most hotel restaurants it was expensive and food was adequate. Server was excellent though, very friendly and pleasant. The boys at valet parking were excellent, vehicle was always ready and waiting. They ran to get vehicles, no dawdling with those guys! Would definitely stay here again. ...read more

Excellent location
Add on fees for parking and resort are excessive and cover "amenities" that are seldom used by guests.

Terrific, new hotel. Tastefully decorated and immaculate.
parking fee of $15 to self-park in their garage is a bit silly

Excellent place to stay for Disney or otherwise. Quiet rooms, great location, and wonderful facilities. Good bath products. Very clean and nice amenities such as in room refrigerator, bathrobes, wifi included in resort fee, etc. Terrific property.

Great room for a family of 4, kids loved the bunk beds.
Small bathroom, but made up by having the extra sink. Plus it allowed room for the bunk beds. Which was more important than the bathroom.

It's a four star resort...staff was very accommodating
