The gym and executive club are great. Staff go out of their way to help you.
Very Chinese feel and decor.

Great location near West Lake. The staff was super friendly but many of them didn't have very good English language skills. The gym is great. Also, you need to book with Club Lounge access, which provides free breakfast, Wi-Fi and access to the club lounge, which is worth the extra cost.
