Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wyndham Nassau Resort And Crystal Palace Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 27, 2012

Hotel charged additional $48 resort tax when we got there. This was not mentioned beforehand. We did not use the casino, restaurant, or swimming pool - so received no value for our money. A large hotel with several towers connected by long walkways and elevators. Might be difficult for some to navigate if placed in distant tower as we were.

Too much pushy marketing going on. Not one day went by without being harrased by time share pushers or beach vendors.

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. Based on my experience, I will probably never stay at a Wyndham again or visit the Bahamas. Also, my son had his brand new iPhone 4 stolen in the main lobby of the hotel. The staff made no attempt to conduct an investigation in spite of the fact that someone from their staff had reported that there was a suspicious man roaming around the hotel. I was concerned that they were not concerned about the safety of their guests. As a result, I didn't feel safe there. The staff was rude and unfriendly. All in all, worst hotel experience I ever had! ...
