Hotel Guest Reviews of the Wynn Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Steve Winn will never see a cent from me again. We were looking forward to staying there. The $25 fridge thing turned me off so bad it ruined the place for me. We spent xxx/night there and we can't get a simple fridge without paying extra? You have to be kidding me. Then they have the stupid Resort Fee ($25/day). We were told it is for the internet and the use of the gym and pool. Gee, when did we have to start paying extra for a pool and gym? Next they will charge us extra to use the toilets and beds. Maybe cleaning fees after that? Vegas has lost it's charm for us and many of my friends. These days everyone is trying to take every last dime out of your pocket. They used to cater to customers, they tried to make you happy but not anymore. We went to Napa valley after Vegas and the hotels we stayed at greeted us with a complimentary glass of wine and all the help we could ever ask for. Even the snacks were free. Such a refreshing change from what we just had dealt with. ...

A five-star hotel at the north end of the strip. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and well maintained during your stay. Front desk offered an upgraded room for $25/night. Daily resort fee of $25 applies, giving WiFi in your room. Parking is free, although tipping valet is appropriate when you come and go. Excellent selection of dining options. Coffee shop has exceptional coffee and dessert selections. The pool is very large, with good seating in sun and/or shade. ...
